I was having a really shitty day and then: THIS!
This warms the cockles of my cold, black heart.

Next do beer!
I dare you Parliament.
looks like a nice pepper jack
They started including a sticker in CO ballots maybe 4 years ago… stuck directly to the paper.
pop some psylocybin
I’m fucking dead
And honestly, fair enough. “End of days” I’ll be flat-out robbing the police, not helping them.
Plex app is such garbage on my old firestick and Samsung TV now. Used to work fine, no more.
I just bought an Informir MAG 544 set top box. Runs linux, not android. Haven’t set it up yet, I have high hopes. If it does work well I’ll probably ditch plex for Jellyfin.
It’s clearly a complex issue. I didn’t realize that Eastern and Central were so much bigger than Mountain and Pacific, honestly. Central is crazy across the southern US.
Normally I don’t mind the change so much but it’s kicking my ass this fall for some reason. I don’t actually live in Detroit, I just know it’s one of the more extreme examples like El Paso (but they just want to stick with the rest of TX anyway). I live in CO and wake up early; Looking at Fig1 it’s obvious that I would like it abolished but most here would like it permanent. lol, poor Utah.
I dunno, the majority of people seem to want permanent, I know CO has a law saying as soon as Congress allows it we’re going to stay on DST. So it’s coming, but I don’t have to like it.
Fuck DST.
I’ll start a mobile sharpening business. Sell shovels to prospectors and all that.
Ahh, carrying on the long standing tradition of idiots in Tennessee bombing shit. They grow 'em weird up in them thar hills.
The Linux Foundation is headquartered in San Francisco. It’s a US 501c non profit. Therefore, they must abide by US sanctions.
Yeah, exactly. And since we’re vote by mail they would just check the signature but he wouldn’t want to use his dead name and couldn’t remember how to match the signature in any case.
Solid, locked up even. We’re in a suburb of Denver and our rep hasn’t been (R) for decades. County level nothing interesting or important. Local is in two years.
His name changed legally, the voter registration didn’t get updated.
I’m not going to teach my kid to defraud the gov’t.
Oh yeah, he has all that stuff. He’s just really overwhelmed right now and it’s mental energy I don’t want to ask him to spend. We’re not a swing state so it’s not crucial or anything.
Our kid was disenfranchised this cycle. He got his drivers license before his official name change and we don’t know how to rectify it. He doesn’t want to deal with it on a time crunch due to starting college and I honestly don’t blame him.
We will have it sorted by next time.
Not in Colorado. Detroit has to deal with their own shit, I guess.
Medicaid especially is in trouble. In two different budgets they tried to pull back on funding. Not sure how successful it was but they already tried.
I once read that 2/3 of Americans are “affected” by Medicaid, not that they use it but that they are related to or are otherwise involved with someone who does. That’s a lot of face eating.
