I think allowed shipping destinations are defined product by product. At least in the opposite direction it’s true, when I look at the US Amazon, some products are available for shipping to EU, some are not.

I think Meta is doing a decent job with Instagram. I mean except for collecting all possible data and psychological profiling of users to serve them targeted ads, it’s a decent enough platform. And the only one still allowing for engagement with your actual friends rather than exclusively professional content creators.
cause we dumb, lol
Technically I’ve been on a couple of dates because friends convinced me that I have to try. I got panic attacks. It felt that I have to perform well to show others that I can do dating, but at the same time I didn’t really want to be there.
There is no tile server running; only nginx serving a Btrfs image with 300 million hard-linked files.
Wow. Btrfs ftw
Thanks. Whenever I see such an absurd news about a politician from whichever country or political party, I need some kind of fact check
Are you sure this is not satirical? “The Daily Beast” sounds like something a satirical news site would call themselves.
I’m sure it will be tough for the mother in question, raising a child is not easy especially alone. But for many people who want children, it gives them a chance to achieve a huge goal in life. Um, companies wanting to charge for their services? Sure it not as nice as getting stuff for free but how else are they supposed to fund the insane cost of running LLMs along with at least some profits.
The rule is buy the default-gendered variant. If there a special “men’s section” or “women’s section” for a certain product category it means you’ll be ripped off.
Speed limits are generally bs, only useful for justifying police budgets. The goal should be designing roads with safety in mind.
Introducing arbitrary rules helps nobody. Not in reducing the amount of cars on the road, not people who are forced to drive for some reason.
I’ve taken to calling myself “asexual”. While not technically true, since I feel the desire, at least this way people don’t try to pressure me into interactions I’m uncomfortable with.
I hear this criticism all the time, but I’ve never seen it happen in 5 companies I’ve worked for so far. Usually there’s an understanding that estimates are wild guessing, and things are planned using dependencies rather than timeliness.
Imagine phones having stupid logic like printers - no you can’t make a call, your smell cartridge is empty
A meme about 2 other memes? Well done 👏
