Maybe, but eitherway active users is the real metric that matters. Stale accounts dont mean anything.

2·1 year agoFediverse does not need to have million of users. Fediverse only need enough users to mature the technology and ecosystem.
Yes, you have to read the OP to mark it as read. After read, with new comments, post will remain as read. There is no way for that at the moment, but I think this is great idea!
Sadly no, does not seems like it :/ But implementation of this is already being discussed at https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy-ui/issues/384
There is a setting that you can disable “Show Read Posts”. This way you will only see new things :)
