Reddit was it was good while it lasted, but it was just a container for online communities. The AP protocol is superior to a centralized model in every way.

End of an era. Glad Lemmy is shaping up to be a good replacement. Seems a lot of the homies that used reddit when it was actually reddit migrated here

Also “a serious Reddit user since the digg incident” and won’t be going back. There are some communities I’ll miss, but I look forward to rebuilding them here.
