The problem is that if you don’t vaccinate the livestock, the virus spreads and mutates and ends up in humans (which is what happens now). It also means the herds are culled (mass killing of thousands of animals) resulting in meat shortages and prices going up.
I suppose if it’s a concern, you could always label the products as vaccinated or vax free and “let the market decide” as they say. Continue to kill off the unvaccinated herds when they are infected and hopefully vaccinate enough to prevent mutation and transmission.
I’m not aware of any water to spare anywhere.

Look into Plex. They are spinning their photos and music streaming into separate apps from video. PlexAMP is already out. You just have to set up a NAS or sever with port forwarding on your home network. I use an old spare PC as my server and it works great.
